Angelita Corvea: To know this woman is to be amazed. She has accomplished the impossible and brought environmental awareness to Cuba amid hardships that few people in the world could of overcome. Angelita has has the ability to bring out the best in people, ‘she has the touch’ of an angel. Please take the time to visit her website. Hi Joel:

Reef Relief recently sent some copies of the flier you designed, “Don’t Teach Your Trash To Swim.” We would really like to get a larger (poster size)version. Do you have any plans to produce this in a larger version? If so, we would be happy to purchase a number of them. If not, then would it be okay with you for us to create a larger version (with our own photos, graphics, etc…)

Angelita Corvea is number one. Unceasingly, she and her organization, Acualina, continue to educate the Cuban preople about conservation and preservation of coral reefs and of Cuba’s natural environment. I have witnessed and photographed one of Acualina’s beach cleanups in Havana.
She is an environmental hero.

Who is that person you are talking about? Seems so long ago!

It was hard to not to be inspired to do great things working for Craig and DeeVon and so many selfless and dedicated volunteers. It was an honor and a priviledge to work with Reef Relief, and to work for such a valuable cause as saving our majestic and indispensible reefs for future generations.
