\nmain responsibility goes to the top decision makers who work in our
\nrepresentation to rule the world by applying new regulations and
\nenforce them. It is about the communities and Civil Society who should
\nbe listened without discrimination to allow them to speak up (Civil
\nRights) and request as many times as needed to promote better
\nconservation of coral reefs. It is about scientists who should open to
\nother scenarios to publish their findings e.g. social media, without
\nfeeling that they are losing rigor by expressing that they also FEEL
\npassion about coral reef conservation.<\/p>\n
\nparticipation to reduce the environmental \/ economic cost of
\ntravelling. It is about Environmental International and National
\nOrganizations who should allow participation of scientific based
\nadvocacy. It is about every one of the human beings who decide what to
\nbuy, how to move from one place to other, who recycle, who diminish
\nconsumption, who update their information to become more environmental
\nfriendly, who are open to advice to improve local and global behavior.<\/p>\n
